Medical & Cosmetic Mouldings were formed in 1990 and have been supplying plastic injection moulded components to the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food and allied industries for many years. We operate from our own privately owned secure premises in the UK at Sittingbourne in Kent.
Our manufacturing area is housed in a controlled clean positive pressure air conditioned environment. This production unit runs twenty four hours per day for five days each week.
Ten fully automated injection moulding lines, utilising a range of Boy injection moulding machines with vaccum loaders, automated product separation conveyors and closed loop recycling ensure a top quality product is being manufactured at the best possible cost.

All components are inspected every fifteen minutes during production and pass through a final BS:6001 inspection prior to release.
All inspection results are recorded, logged and retained in our quality system. The components are then sealed in LDPE lined cartons prior to being removed from this controlled area.
Full traceability is maintained on all raw materials, production, inspection and your product's course throughout our business.
A Certificate of Conformity is supplied with each delivery and whenever possible will be delivered on our own transport.
